Senior coach

is that I enjoy making you move and take action. I prefer to step outside the framework of previously followed paths. I do this in a direct, intuitive, engaging and Brabant way, (sharp feedback, clear but also relativizing) offering you space to make your own choices that suit you.

My values…

I am practical, personal, concrete, decisive, directing and social. Furthermore, I like to spar with you openly and on an equal level about the things you want to learn at work.

Private…

I live in the south of Holland. In my early youth I was a gifted field hockey player. Sometimes I think I still am …. However, my sons help me a lot to get over that! Sailing and traveling are my great loves. Nothing more than sailing out of a harbor, hoisting the sails and enjoying the silence and the wind. The journey can begin …
